Dr. Liz Lyster is an OB/GYN medical doctor, bestselling author and speaker, and an expert in perimenopause and menopause. Dr. Liz has authored several publications including two books: “Dr. Liz’s Easy Guide to Menopause” and “Go For Great!: Dr. Liz’s Guide to Thrive at Every Age.” She also co-authored “A Unique Hypnotherapeutic Approach to Interstitial Cystitis: A Case Report.” J Reprod Med. 2009 Aug;54(8):523–4). In her private practice in the San Francisco Bay area, she helps women and men in midlife and beyond lose weight, have more energy, increase their motivation and drive, and generally feel great. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and society from Cornell University, went to medical school at UC Irvine, and got her master’s degree at UCLA in community health education.
